My IChO's result : SILVER!!!!

Hi everybody... long time no blogging.. that's not because I didn't want to blog, but I've been very busy studying for the olympiad.. hehe.. I'm sorry for it..
By the way, I'm writing this post in London.. I've just had my dinner in a restaurant called "Tai", and it's now 9.30 pm in London.. hehe
Well, I've been in UK for about 14 days, and tomorrow I'll go back to my country, Indonesia. the flight will be at 2 pm. hehe...
hmm... I'm so glad and relieved that I got a silver medal. (at least I bring back something home) hehe.. at first I was so desperate because I messed up in the practical exam.. but fortunately I did well in the theoretical exam, and I bet that saved me. hehe... FYI: Indonesia got 1 silver and 3 bronzes.. hehe..

umm... there's so many things that I want to share, but it's not possible to right now. so I'll just write when I am in Medan. hehe...

Bandoenk!! here I come!!

Hi.. just to inform you that I'll go to Bandung tomorrow at 9.30 am (ermm it's for Pelatnas 2..) I think I'll not be able to post again till I come back a month later. hehe.. Thanks to all my friends who have supported me until this stage. I promise I'll do my best.. Meanwhile, wish me luck oo... hehe..

Happy Sweet 17th and Valentine's day!!

Hi2..
Well, first, Happy valentine's day for you all..
Yesterday was a great day for me..
I had my sweet 17th birthday party celebrated @Tea Garden at 7 pm...
hehe..
Well it was an extra busy day, after preparing everything for 2 weeks, finally it's the celebration. I got up early in the morning, went to IT&B for debate competition, in which my team was facing 2-science-4 and 3-science-1. I wondered if it was an unlucky morning becoz we're "telak" defeated by both of the teams.. huhu..
Well, we surrendered after being speechless at the second prelim and I went straightly to fetch my birthday cake @clover. Then I went home, get prepared, then drove to my cousin's house to do some make-ups. This is the result:




hmm.. Meanwhile, I had my friend, Josephine, fetched at Merdeka walk. She and Jefri will be my MC.. Together, we went to tea garden to make some preparation, including practicing as MC, decorating the room, waiting for the balloons to be pumped and so on.. and it's time! One by one, my friends came, well I knew right away that they're going to make a surprise for me. They are hiding something from me, every guest that came was given 3 or 4 cards to be written on. Although I don't know what's that for, I realized that it's done for me. haha..

The party started at 7.30 pm. I had my parents there as my first cake receiver. haha..

Well the party was a success, we had lots of fun there. There are games, in which I had to choose couples and let them pranked. First they are asked to tie both of their hands themselves with 2 ropes. At the second round of elimination, they have to drink 2 bottles of Aqua botol together, the first 10 couple to finish drinking could go to the next round. Then, the third round was to dance! Well after the dance the audience will have to clap for the couples, the most welcoming claps will be the winner. hehe..

Happy chinese new year!!

Eiitt.. Gong xi.. Gong xi..
Wish you all better lives, healthy, wealth, better careers, and so on..
hmm.. I spent my chinese new year as usual, going back to my hometown, Siantar, on che it, and return to Medan on che si.. haha..
This year's CNY was more exciting than usual, most of my cousins who are studying or working abroad were coming back too.. We played Cap Sa on che it and Poker on che ji and che sa. You know what, I won many many times!! hahaha.. it really had sharpened my instinct in playing cards.. hoho..
Well, I also visited jaslyn's house on Friday and went to Tjok Tjin Laose's house with Prajna and Gilbert. There I met my school's legendaries!! haha.. I happened to come at the same time with them, David and Yenny, who participated in 2002's IChO in India. David was the first silver medalist for Indonesia. We were very lucky to have met him.. hehe..
Finally, tomorrow school is starting again.. wew, feels like holiday is not enough.. I want more days off!!!!

Huhu.. Yesterday I received my report card. Well, I got the first rank, but you know what, every teacher that came into my class today complaint about my "amazing" biology score. Maybe(or surely) this is the first time that a "paralel 1" person got red mark in her semester report card. Phew.. I wondered how those teachers came to know about this, but it's surely not a pleasant thing.. Today I also escaped from my bio class for the sake of getting ready for speech technical meeting, although I used up all the time to help other committees to prepare for their technical meeting. haha..

When seniors are busying around getting well prepared for the UEE, which is drawing closer, these questions suddenly came across my mind: “What will it be like when this very moment of life comes to me?”, “Will I be able to do what I should?”, or “Should I prepare for it from now on?” I can’t deny there’re few faint ideas that I am not qualified enough for my grade, that what I have worked for so far is eventually to no avail, and that if I had spent my time more wisely, I wouldn’t have been engaged in so much activities. At the mean time, I have to be so thoughtful of making any decisions that may change my future. I set a very high target from the start, yet made no effort to fulfill it. So I think now it’s time to bend my mind to my study. If last year I was just relaxing around and having lots of fun, this year I’ll TRY to concentrate and discipline myself. I have no guarantee that I can do it, but at least I want to give it a try...

By the way, P2S1(Pekan prestasi Sutomo 1) is going to start this Friday.. I was registered for some competitions: Quick witty competition, debate, newsreading couple, and terompah putri, and I'll be the person in charge for speech competition, but I haven't found a person to be my vice.. Any suggestion?? hehe.. Judging from the number, I'll be quite busy for the whole month.. OMG... Wish me good luck oo...

Oh!! I almost forget.. My class' new name is PCC(Power of Creative Class).. Actually I wasn't quite agree with this name, since I proposed a name myself.. It is "Triple T" which stands for both "Tan Tjin Tjin"(our form teacher) and "Two-thumbs talented".. How do you think?? hehe..

hmm.. I think it's enough for now, I'll post again later..

Okay2 I post..
It's been a long break since the last time I blog..
Although I still have no temptation to blog, I think it's better to write something than none (since lots of my friends have been asking me to update)
Well, first I would like to say "Happy New Year" to all of my friends.. Hope all of you be better and better for the next year.... Also my sincere apologize to all of you if I did wrong.. Thanks to all of you who have given your supports to me through this whole year.. Without your support, I would hardly be able to pass every difficult moment.. Thanks!!
Anyway, my resolution for this new year is: Be more self-confident and hardworking for the upcoming tests
What was I doing through the holiday?
Well, the holiday was wonderful and dull. The first few days of my holiday were rather "inhuman", I slept at mornings and had bbq parties at nights. I was getting Panda's eyes for the lack of sleep. huhu.. Then I spent 3 days of my holiday at brastagi(including the new year celebration).. It's pretty boring since I have no friend to talk to. Thanks to Jaslyn who borrowed me twilight, I read the whole novel there. hahaha..
It's just no more than 48 hours will I go back to school again.. I want MORE days off... huhuhu...
Actually I want to share about the one-month training at UI, but I have 3 essays due tomorrow..
I think I'll just continue blogging next time, so bye..
